At Wristiz, we carefully inspect every watch before dispatch to ensure you receive your order
in good condition.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
● You received a damaged or defective watch.
● You received the wrong product.
● The watch is unused and in its original condition.
● The original box, packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us
with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.
Return Conditions
The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Products
showing signs of use, scratches, physical damage, missing packaging, or missing
accessories may not be accepted.
Cash refunds are not provided. An approved return will be resolved through an exchange
or another suitable store resolution, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
We allow one return/exchange per order.
Change of Mind
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering
the wrong model.
Return Shipping
For products confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered by Wristiz, we will
guide you through the return and exchange process.
For other approved returns/exchanges, return shipping charges may be the customer's
responsibility.
Non-Eligible Returns

● Damage caused after delivery
